Partner Rachel Cohen from our Orange County Office is starting the New Year off with a bang after her recent AOE/COE trial in which Applicant elected to withdraw and dismiss their COVID, Psyche & Stress claim with prejudice after the Judge heard both parties’ positions, reviewed the submitted exhibits, witness lists, and discussed the burden of proof/Applicant’s misrepresentations further with both Applicant Attorney & Defense counsel!
