MESSAGE Rachel:
Rachel Cohen originally hails from Albany, NY and received her B.A. From Union College in 1996. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 1999.
During her first year of practice she handled a mixture of civil claims and applicant’s work. Since 2000 Ms. Cohen has worked exclusively in workers' compensation defense. She has extensive experience defending employers, self-insureds, Counties, insurance companies and CIGA. Ms. Cohen is well versed in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation and has experience handling 132(a) claims, subrogation matters, professional sports cases and public safety personnel claims.
