Vivian H. Shamaoun is an Associate Attorney in our Greater Los Angeles Office and represents employers, self-insured’s, insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Ms. Shamaoun’s experience includes filing responsive pleadings, Petitions to Quash Subpoenas, taking applicant and witness depositions, defending employer witnesses at deposition, conducting cross-examinations of PQME’s, AME’s, treating physicians, successful lien resolution and representing client’s at trial.
Ms. Shamaoun graduated from California Western School of Law where she was the Senior Editor of the California Western Law Review and International Law Journal and graduated with an Academic Excellence Award.
Ms. Shamaoun is also proficient in spoken Arabic.
