MESSAGE STEVEN:
Steven Sutow graduated from Rider University where he obtained his bachelor of arts degree and his Master of Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law.
Mr. Sutow’s expertise encompasses all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including defense of Labor Code §132a claims, serious & willful petitions, toxic exposure, asbestos, catastrophic claims & fraud. Mr. Sutow has worked with a number of large corporate clients and small businesses in defense of workers’ compensation claims, and has successfully defended a number of large valued claims on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Sutow is a former Economist and Adjunct Professor, a Veteran of the United States Army Reserve, and has a diverse professional background, which gives him a detail oriented big-picture approach to handling complex cases for our clients. He travels throughout the state of California training claims professionals and employers on all aspects of workers’ compensation defense (132a, Serious & Willful, Asbestos, Sports Injuries, Toxic Exposure, Catastrophic Claims, Fraud, Uninsured Employer claims).
Mr. Sutow takes a detailed, proactive and aggressive approach to his defense of claims for our clients, and is often sought after for advice in creative problem solving for complicated issues.
