Shahrzad “Shashi” F. Haddad is an Associate Attorney in our Greater Los Angeles Office and represents employers, self-insured’s, insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Ms. Haddad’s experience includes filing responsive pleadings, Petitions to Quash Subpoenas, taking applicant and witness depositions, defending employer witnesses at deposition, conducting cross-examinations of PQME’s, AME’s, treating physicians, successful lien resolution and representing client’s at trial.
Ms. Haddad graduated from Southwestern Law School where she was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in addition to being a staff writer for the Southwestern Journal of International Law.
