MESSAGE JONATHAN:
Jonathan R. Delgado is an Associate Attorney in our Greater Los Angeles Office and represents employers, self-insured’s, insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Mr. Delgado’s experience includes filing responsive pleadings, Petitions to Quash Subpoenas, taking applicant and witness depositions, defending employer witnesses at deposition, conducting cross-examinations of PQME’s, AME’s, treating physicians, and successful lien resolution.
Mr. Delgado graduated from California Western School of Law where he was an Honors Instructor that assisted first year law students with legal writing and oral advocacy skills in addition to assisting professors with legal writing workshops, class lessons, and class material. He also graduated with both an Academic Excellence and Distinguished Advocate Award.
