Ionie A. van den Bos is an Associate Attorney in our Orange County Office and represents employers, self-insured’s, insurance companies, Third-Party Administrators, and uninsured employers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Ms. van den Bos’ experience includes filing responsive pleadings, Petitions to Quash Subpoenas, taking applicant and witness depositions, defending employer witnesses at deposition, conducting cross-examinations of PQME’s, AME’s, treating physicians, and successful lien resolution.
Ms. van den Bos is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law.
