MESSAGE ANTHONY:
Anthony J. Kaplan is an Associate Attorney in our Greater Los Angeles Office and represents employers, self-insured’s, insurance companies, Third-Party Administrators, and uninsured employers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Mr. Kaplan’s experience includes filing responsive pleadings, Petitions to Quash Subpoenas, taking applicant and witness depositions, defending employer witnesses at deposition, conducting cross-examinations of PQME’s, AME’s, treating physicians, successful lien resolution and representing client’s at trial.
Mr. Kaplan is a graduate of University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
